Vintage French Champagne Bottle Advertising Prop France circa 1940
A large scale replica of a champagne bottle from the champagne house vineyard "Canard-Duchene" used as an advertising prop in a bistro from France circa 1940. This enormous bottle is made of plastic and fiberglass and is a realistic copy of the original bottle sold from the vineyard with the label intact. These bottles were made as advertising samples to be placed in bars and restaurants to stimulate sales of the particular champagne house's product when seen by patrons. The charm of this bottle makes it exceedingly collectible as a decorative object. We have a collection-please enquire.
