Art Deco German Iron Cabinet with Door Germany circa 1930

A striking Art Deco iron cabinet from Germany circa 1930 with an unusual profile. The single long arc on each side of this Art Deco cabinet is eyecatching because of its powerful geometric silhouette. Please enlarge all the photographs to see the details giving this german cabinet its visual appeal. The rectangular top is flat and both the sides follow the same bowed shape as the arc of the legs which move to the center of the cabinet before flaring out again as the legs move to the floor. The front of the cabinet has a large rectangular door with a raised edge along with bold scale hinges on the right hand side. The cabinet door is opened with an exterior lever handle revealing an open storage space fitted with a shelf within the interior. Notice that the front of the cabinet door is embellished with a circular brass medallion highlighted with three concentric rows of embossed dots along with a convex center section. The patinated iron has a super patina and texture and this cabinet is meant to be seen from every direction displaying equal panache.
