Classic French Iron Dining Table Base circa 1900

The beautiful curves of this classic French iron dining table base showcase the designs popular during the reign of Louis XV (1723-1774). Please notice the way in which the "C" shaped scrolls fit together to make a seamless transition from each leg to the horizontal stretchers. Secured by spherical globes at the top and base the four legs each end in a outward sweeping foot. The top of the table features rubber supports for either a glass, wood or stone top. We are happy to assist you in selecting the correct scale top as well as the material of choice. We have chosen to show this table with an old piece of beveled glass (scratched) merely for demonstration purposes. Please contact us for further information and pricing for a custom top. The iron table base itself measures 39" in diameter and stands 28 1/2" high and will accommodate up to a 60" diameter top with ease.
