This marvelously over scaled porcelain lamp was made by the American Paul Hanson Lamp Company and dates from the 1950's USA. Please enlarge the photographs to see the lovely crackle glaze reminiscent of ancient Chinese ceramics along with the raised horizontal bands that encircle the enormous vase. The creamy white colored vase is mounted on the original circular brass base with a circular brass cap to fully enclose the vessel.
