Three Artemide "Egina" Modern Italian Solid Glass Fixtures circa 1970 Priced Each

Three vintage Italian "Egina" pendant glass lamps by Angelo Mangiarotti for Artemide circa 1965. Please enlarge the photographs to see the unusual characteristics of these modern Italain pendant lights. Each hanging lamp is made from a solid piece of glass with the ziggurat shape sandblasted to be opaque and the convex lens at the base clear. This was done to provide diffuse, indirect lighting as well as a smooth uninterrupted stream of light shining directly down when suspended from the ceiling. Each fixture is priced separately at the price listed. In addition to the height of the actual glass pendant there is 36" of chain and a canopy for installation. Takes standard base bulb, now wired for USA. Priced each $1132.
