Vintage English Liberty Leather Horse England circa 1920

The superb pose of this vintage English thoroughbred horse from England circa 1920 echoes those favoured by the Queen of England. This example is sheathed entirely in leather and was made by the famed Liberty of England. Liberty of London is one of the most desirable department stores in the world having been in continual operation since it opened in 1875. The present building was constructed in 1924 during the craze for Tudor revival and includes timber from two separate ships, the HMS Impregnable and the HMS Hindustan. These original timbers give this building an impressive sense of place as there isn't anything else like it in the world. Please be sure to enlarge and zoom on the photographs we have provided of this vintage English horse to see the amazing attention to detail.
